All fees must be paid in full before the start of all training sessions or the delivery of products or services. Bookings can be made as late as 24 hours before the start of the session (or 12 hours for Premium services, like LIVE Training+).
Clients who do not show up for a session without sending us a notification will receive no credit for the missed session.
We CANNOT offer refunds, but we will be happy to allow you to re-book sessions based on availability. There is really no need for this as we allow short-term cancellation.
Clients are allowed to cancel right up to the beginning of the session (re-booking cancelled sessions still follows the 24/12 hour policy as stated above). However, we reserve the right to judge how often this is reasonable. Excessive cancellations will lead to a loss of the session credit. We appreciate you working with us on this. Few companies offer this ability. Yet, we know everyone faces unexpected emergencies from time-to-time. Please, do not abuse this gesture of goodwill on our part.
The length of prepaid session credit validity will vary depending on the conditions of the credit package you purchase. Usually the validity period is 2, 6 or 12 months for Basic Credits and 4, 12 or 24 months for Premium Credits. Please read the validity information carefully before you purchase any package. If you are unsure, just contact us.

Any information we collect from you is not deliberately shared with any third party. We will do everything within our power to protect your information. We will only use it to offer you the best possible training, services and products.
We will periodically notify clients of special deals, updates, recommended training resources and service or product recommendations from Lanman Group International (lgi) only. Clients my request to not receive this information and we will be happy to oblige.
We will periodically contact inactive clients to see if they would like their accounts deleted. However, any client may request this at any time.
Please note, we cannot be held responsible for any data breaches within the online booking software, the payment systems or our website hosting service, as we do not control the security of these systems.
Finally, we never see your sensitive payment information.
